Our published phone number is provided through CallRail. When you call, CallRail processes the call to support routing and call tracking. Information may include your calling number, the time and duration of the call, and details you choose to share about your project. Additional processing, such as recording or transcription, depends on the phone system’s settings; listen for any notice when your call connects.
How inquiry information is used
Information you share is used to understand your request, respond, and discuss a possible professional referral. We will discuss a referral with you before sharing your project and contact details with a potential provider. Please do not share payment details or sensitive information during an initial inquiry.
Website hosting and tracking
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and secure it. The website uses a fixed CallRail phone number. It does not use dynamic number insertion, browser call-tracking scripts, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. This website does not set its own tracking cookies.
Online forms
No contact form, account registration, or payment form is active. An online inquiry form may be added later. This notice will be updated before that feature is activated.
